Our Services

Evaluation

Comprehensive evaluations in the comfort of your home to create a plan of care, goals, and a home exercise program.

Treatment

Mobile PT treatment determined based on need. Ex: 1-2 times per week or month for a period of time.

Intensives

Intensive therapy program using delivery model of several hours of therapy per day, multiple days per week, for 1-3 weeks at a time.

Wellness

Individualized motor milestone screening by a developmental expert. Engaging play activities or letter to PCP if further intervention is recommended.

Free 15-minute phone consultations to discuss concerns and determine how we can help.

DMI

DMI is a comprehensive intervention used by physical and occupational therapists to treat children with gross motor impairments.

We provide expert in-home & community based physical therapy services. We offer physical therapy treatment to kids with developmental delays, neurologic, genetic, and orthopedic conditions.
